1. Who we are
Thorsen Tower Ltd (“Thorsen Tower”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (Company No. 05365250). For any privacy matter, contact privacy@thorsentower.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what we need:
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Contact data | Name, email, company, message | Provided by you via forms |
| Usage data | Pages viewed, device, approximate location | Collected automatically (with consent) |
| Communications | Correspondence with our team | Provided by you |
3. How and why we use it
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, provide our services, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the website. Our legal bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR are consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in operating a professional services firm.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with vetted processors (e.g. hosting, email and analytics providers) acting on our instructions under data-processing agreements, and with authorities where legally required.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) — or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Exercise any right by emailing privacy@thorsentower.com.
- You may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date.
